Vertical Praise Renews Contract with Southern Spin Entertainment
NORTH GARDEN, Va. – Vertical Praise has just renewed their contract with Southern Spin Entertainment. The up and coming trio has signed on for another year of exclusive publicity from Southern Spin Entertainment. Vertical Praise will continue to have access to all media publications serviced by Southern Spin Entertainment, as well as marketing possibilities with the organization.
In addition, Vertical Praise will receive a brand new, redesigned website through the new agreement as well.
Holly Carden of Vertical Praise said, “Chris and Amy have become like family to us. They work hard for us and our ministry. We know that this relationship has been very beneficial for our ministry, and we’re excited about joining them for another year.”

Tony Hensley (Vertical Praise) Announces Engagement to Pam Campbell
NORTH GARDEN, Va. – Vertical Praise, an up and coming talent in Southern Gospel, is excited to announce the engagement of group member Tony Hensley to Pam Campbell – both of North Garden, Virginia.
The happy couple became engaged on Friday, December 7, 2007 after a surprise dinner. After dinner, Tony drove Pam to the Starbucks where they had their first date. He asked her to marry her there.
Tony said, “Can you believe it? Seriously though, Pam is truly the answer to my many years of praying for the right girl for me. God is good!”
The couple has set the date of their marriage for November 15, 2008 in Charlottesville, VA.

Vertical Praise to be a Part of the Southern Spin NQC Showcase
Southern Spin Entertainment Announces Details Regarding Annual Showcase at National Quartet Convention
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Amy Marie Unthank and Chris D. Unthank, owners of SSE Group, are proud to announce the talent line up and details regarding the Southern Spin Entertainment Showcase during the week of the National Quartet Convention. The event will span two days and will feature a majority of Southern Spin Entertainment’s artist roster as well as friends of the company.
The SSE showcase will take place on Wednesday and Thursday, September 12 and 13, 2007 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. in the Canterbury Room at the Executive Inn (East).
“We love getting a chance to show off our artists,” mentioned Amy Marie Unthank of SSE Group. “We feel like we have some of the best artists currently touring the nation, and we are happy to provide them with a platform in which they can let their ministries be showcased.”
The Wednesday, September 12, 2007 Showcase will feature performances from Amazed, Brothers Forever, Dave Williford Band, the Gardners, Heartland Harmony, HisSong, the Imperials, Sharron Kay King, New Day, Next Chapter Quartet, Sunday Edition, and Wendy Word + forgiven.
On Thursday, September 13, 2007, Sondra Burnett, the Cerces, Everyday Driven, the Glovers, Bev McCann, Mercy Rain, the Pathfinders, the Prophets Quartet, the Quicks, and Vertical Praise will all be performing. Additional artists are still being confirmed for the Thursday line-up.

Vertical Praise’s New Single Seeing Strong Early Support
NORTH GARDEN, Virginia – Vertical Praise, an up and coming talent in Southern Gospel, is currently seeing strong early support for the group’s newest single.
“That’s How the Blood of Jesus Saves,” the group’s second single from their critically acclaimed album God’s Got a Plan, is receiving the strongest early reception from radio and fans alike than any previous song sent out by the group.
Written by Donna Beauvais (Hope’s Call) and Jerry Kelso (Dove Brothers Quartet), “That’s How the Blood of Jesus Saves” was voted the #1 Fan Favorite Song this week on the SoGospelNews.com Top 40 Weekly Chart, the industry’s most recognized weekly chart.
In addition, the song was recently added to some of the industry’s leading internet radio stations such as Real Southern Gospel, SGMRadio.com, and the Diamond Award winning Southern Spin Radio.
The song was sent to radio earlier this month with Jeff O’Neil’s Heritage Communications. It can be found on Heritage Gold 2007, Volume 2, cut #5.
