NORTH GARDEN, Virginia – Vertical Praise, an up and coming talent in Southern Gospel, is currently seeing strong early support for the group’s newest single.
“That’s How the Blood of Jesus Saves,” the group’s second single from their critically acclaimed album God’s Got a Plan, is receiving the strongest early reception from radio and fans alike than any previous song sent out by the group.
Written by Donna Beauvais (Hope’s Call) and Jerry Kelso (Dove Brothers Quartet), “That’s How the Blood of Jesus Saves” was voted the #1 Fan Favorite Song this week on the SoGospelNews.com Top 40 Weekly Chart, the industry’s most recognized weekly chart.
In addition, the song was recently added to some of the industry’s leading internet radio stations such as Real Southern Gospel, SGMRadio.com, and the Diamond Award winning Southern Spin Radio.
The song was sent to radio earlier this month with Jeff O’Neil’s Heritage Communications. It can be found on Heritage Gold 2007, Volume 2, cut #5.
